Although you can view the properties on our web site and in our information packs, nothing can be compared to seeing your dream Turkish property in reality, seeing the quality and lifestyle that you are buying into can influence your purchase dramatically.

Bargain holiday homes offer personal viewing trips on a one to one basis, ensuring your time is spent focusing on exactly what you require. Our fluent English and Turkish speaking agents will guide you through the whole process, from viewing the properties to assisting you with the legalities in a friendly, pressure free environment.

Recently major budget airlines, Easy Jet, Thomas cook and Onur Air have introduced routes from Bodrum to many UK airports and a short stay is now possible at very reasonable rates.

Simply tell us when you are travelling; we will arrange to meet you at the location of your choice and show you around the area. We will take you to see properties that match your needs.

We can also provide you with one weeks accommodation, and return airport transfers, for up to two people at a fixed cost of £150. All we ask is for you to purchase you own flight ticket and inform us of you flight itinerary at least one week before you arrive and we will pick you up from the airport and take you to your first class accommodation.

Flight and accommodation bookings are organized and paid by the traveller. Upon payment of the first deposit to us for the purchase of property, the client issues us with the invoices for the hotel and airfare, which we will deduct directly from the first payment after deposit.
